Remember
Come back into relationship with yourself beneath the noise, roles, expectations, conditioning, responsibilities, survival patterns, and outside voices. Remember what you want. Remember what matters. Remember what it feels like to actually hear yourself.
Discern
Learn to recognize what is actually yours: intuition vs. fear, desire vs. obligation, a full-body yes vs. people-pleasing, your beliefs vs. inherited beliefs, your knowing vs. someone else's interpretation of you. Discernment isn't about always being right. It's about being able to examine what you're experiencing without immediately handing authority to someone else.
Trust
Practice believing yourself without requiring endless external validation. Self-trust doesn't mean "I'm always right." It means "Even when I don't know, I won't abandon myself."
Embody
Knowing something intellectually isn't the same as living it. Embodiment is where inner knowing becomes visible through actual choices like boundaries, relationships, money, receiving, work, rest, creativity, saying yes, saying no, changing direction, how you choose to live.
