Returns & Refund Policy
We honor the time, energy, and care that goes into every offering at Ascending Priestess — from ritual tools to energy sessions. Please read the following policy carefully so you know what to expect.
Physical Products
We accept returns on most physical items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

Returned in original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at ascendingpriestess@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns on:

Gift cards
-
Sale items
-
Personal care products (including oils or bath items)

Perishable or custom-made items
Services & Digital Offerings
Due to the energetic nature of this work, we do not offer refunds on services (including sessions, readings, or retreats) or digital content (such as journals, guides, or downloads). All sales are final.
Please reach out before booking if you have questions about whether a session or product is right for you. We’re happy to support your decision-making process.
Damages & Issues
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at ascendingpriestess@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, you may request a return (if eligible), and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds (for eligible product returns only)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
