PRIVATE SOUND BATH

60 Minutes | $144 CAD

This is the standard bookable experience for an individual private sound bath.

Using crystal singing bowls and other sound instruments, I create an immersive sound experience designed to support grounding, relaxation and a sense of recentering.

You'll be invited to get comfortable, close your eyes and simply receive as sound and vibration move through the space.

Within my own practice, I also work intentionally with energy and the chakra system, using different tones and frequencies as part of the experience.

You don't need experience with meditation, energy work or spirituality. There is nothing you need to achieve or perform here.

Your only job is to get comfortable and receive.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We'll begin with a few moments to arrive, get comfortable and settle into the space.

I'll guide you through a brief grounding practice before moving into the sound bath using crystal singing bowls and other instruments. At the end, you'll have a few quiet moments to return to the room before we close the experience.

WHAT TO BRING

Wear something comfortable and bring anything you need to comfortably lie down for the duration of the experience, such as:

• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Pillow or bolster
• Water
• Eye mask, if desired
